We are to remember that all prophecies take time , years , even decades , to fulfill and have stages of development. These prophetic "marks" are initial identifiable indicators , in our opinion, of Ezekiel 38.
Thus the Lord, somewhat ironically, encourages Gog and Allies to GET THEMSELVES PREPARED & READY, to be called back again in the future:

God's Kingdom will be established on EARTH as it is in HEAVEN (Matthew 6:10) - Zion being the "spiritual seed" of Abraham ("Spiritual Israel" the "Little Flock" - the true "Church"), & Jerusalem being the "natural, fleshly seed" of Abraham- the JEWISH PEOPLE REGATHERED back to the Promised Land - in Israel (DO NOT confuse this with the current , blinded government of Israel!).
Once natural (fleshly) Israel - the Jewish people - have recovered from blindness (remember they are currently "blind" Romans 11:25), they shall be used as a medium through which the streams of blessings & salvation, issuing from glorified, spiritual Israel, shall flow to all the families of the earth (Genesis 22:18)
God's promise to Abraham likened to the stars of heaven and the sand of the seashore... "That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore..." (Genesis 22:17)
A "Heavenly seed" as the Stars of Heaven (spiritual Israel), and an "Earthly seed" (natural Israel, the Jewish people) as the sand upon the seashores of earth.
